Are you an experienced helicopter pilot looking for an exciting opportunity with competitive compensation and a commitment to safety? We are seeking skilled pilots to provide essential medical air transportation services, flying the EC135/H135 aircraft. Enjoy working in a collaborative environment where safety and professionalism are our top priorities. Scheduled shifts run seven days on / seven days off, with day or night trips.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting salaries range from $115,172 to $126,689, based on experience.
  • Lead Pilot Stipend: Additional $5,000.
  • Multi-Responsibility Stipend: Additional $5,000.
  • IFR Allowance: Additional $5,000.
  • $15,000 Sign-On Bonus after training.
  • $40,000 Retention Bonus after 36 months in the GMR Pilot Retention Bonus Plan.

Essential Functions/Duties:

  • Operate aircraft safely in compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, medical teams, and ground personnel for efficient transport operations.
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure aircraft readiness.
  • Maintain cleanliness and assist in housekeeping duties around the base.
  • Report any aircraft discrepancies or malfunctions immediately.
  • Participate in aircraft upkeep and maintenance.
  • Complete required flight paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Provide detailed shift change reports.
  • Uphold the company values and maintain professionalism on and off duty.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Education & Certifications:

  • FAA Commercial Rotorcraft-Helicopter Certificate.
  • FAA Helicopter Instrument Rating (Required).
  • Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2,000 helicopter flight hours.
  • A minimum of 1,000 helicopter PIC hours.
  • At least 1,000 turbine hours.
  • A minimum of 200 helicopter night flight hours (aided and/or unaided).
  • At least 100 hours of instrument flight time.
  • Meet US Forest Service carding requirements.

  • Hourly position with 35% geographical modifier to base pay.

Physical Requirements:

  • Weight limit of 230 pounds, including flight gear.
  • Sit for extended periods; occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or bend.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
  • Operate in various weather conditions and near moving mechanical parts.

Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to make rapid decisions under pressure.
  • Follow both oral and written instructions accurately.
  • Adapt to irregular schedules and changing operational needs.
