Position Overview: As an Entry-Level Account Executive in Inside Sales, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth through proactive outreach and account development. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers while enhancing relationships with existing accounts to build a strong portfolio. Success in this position involves identifying market opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and providing customized solutions. Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams will ensure alignment with our organizational goals. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills are crucial for achieving and surpassing sales targets and generating significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with current accounts while identifying opportunities with new clients.
  • Work closely with marketing and business development teams to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Engage in cold-calling and follow-up communications to discover and create new business opportunities.
  • Explore existing accounts for potential service expansions.
  • Promote additional product sales beyond initial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, equipment availability, and proper service management.
  • Assess client needs and provide tailored service solutions to a variety of challenges.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations showcasing product information and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Achieve or exceed defined sales quotas, leading engagements from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of offerings to effectively address client service solutions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
  • Optimize resource allocation for the best sales outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing account statuses and sales progress.
  • Complete other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred.

Additional Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple client phases while ensuring high-quality service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Aptitude for building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to develop productive relationships with colleagues.
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in sales processes and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking and managing sales activities.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients effectively, responding quickly to shifts in priorities or needs.

Physical Requirements:

  • This role operates primarily in an office setting with minimal physical hazards.
  • Includes moderate physical activity with extended periods of sitting and occasional walking.
  • Requires manual dexterity for operating office tools and equipment.
  • Involves visual acuity to see details at short distances.
  • Effective verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to distinguish sounds and recognize differences.
  • Visual differentiation of colors, shades, and brightness is necessary.

Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 / hour
