Our founders are from experienced Recruitment and HR backgrounds, collectively having decades of exposure to the talent acquisition industry across Europe, we have therefore based our recruitment principles around the candidates and their experience, whilst also ensuring the highest quality service for our Clients.
We take pride in selecting our Clients carefully, ensuring we work with only the best employers in the industry and limit our client base when these may be direct competitors of each other, therefore ensuring we have no conflict of interest between clients.
